Q: Why did you start Squish Patisserie?

A: I started Squish Patisserie because I have loved squishies since I was a little girl. Collecting squishies has been so healing to me and my inner child. After over a decade of collecting, I finally decided to open up my own website to spread the love to other people who love squishies as much as I do and to make rare and vintage squishies more easily accessible. Squish Patisserie specializes in rares and second-hand squishies, but we also have a selection of new squishies to choose from. There is definitely something for everyone, from the experienced collectors to the new collectors. I hope you all enjoy the range of squishies and other products we have to choose from and I hope that our squishies bring you joy!

Q: When will my package arrive?

A: Our current fulfillment time is is 1-7 business days. After the order has been fulfilled, please allow 5-7 business days after it has been dropped off at the post office for it to get to you if you are domestic. It may take about 14 business days to arrive if you are international.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: At this time, we offer domestic and international shipping on our website! Postage will be calculated by weight.

Q: My package is lost, can I get another one?

A: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We always package everything securely and send to the address that is provided. All packages are sent with a tracking number. If you are worried that your package may get lost, stolen, or damaged, then please refrain from purchasing.

Q: I accidentally put the wrong address, can I change it or get a refund?

A: We do not offer refunds for this. If the order has not been processed yet, then we can cancel your order and you will have to place another order with the correct address. If the order has already been processed, then we can neither cancel the order nor issue a refund.
